Product Warranty

APIDA USA Inc. warrants that the product is free from defects in both material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations that are set forth below. APIDA will, at it’s option, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves detective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by APIDA on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to a brand new one.

This warranty dose not cover any damage to this product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

Duration of Warranty

3 years limited waranty for all APIDA memory products

IN NO EVENT WILL APIDA BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF A APIDA PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST EVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APIDA PRODUCT, EVEN IF APIDA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
