Warranty Claim Requirements (RMA Service)
In order to obtain the warranty serivce for APIDA product, please follow the listed instructions: You must have the following items ready:
1. Product serial number (if applicable);
2. The copy of your original purchase invoice;

If you directly return the product to APIDA, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and included the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your return package;The return product must be properly packaged and insured to prevent damage in transit. The return package without RMA number will be refused.

 
Please keep in mind that the RMA number will only issue to you by email, so it is very important to provide the correct and current email address of yours, else will delay or dismiss your serivce request without further notice.
You will need to have Adobe Acrobat to open the PDF RMA form.
